We don't post a one-size rate card, because every stay is different. Your rate depends on how long you're staying, what your RV and crew need, and what's open on your move-in date. Here's exactly what goes into it and how to lock in a site.

What's Included With Every RV Site

  • Full hookups: water, sewer and electric
  • Access to the new bathhouses with private showers and hot water
  • On-site laundry
  • Room for your work truck, trailer and equipment
  • Access to the Ray Rocks Offroad Resort property: off-road trails, stocked fishing lake, swim beach and picnic areas


Not included: Wi-Fi (most guests use their own hotspot) and grills (bring your own, they're allowed).

How Move-In Works

  1. Call or apply online. Tell us your dates, RV length and type, and how many RVs.
  2. We confirm availability and give you your rate on the call.
  3. A deposit holds your site. We'll explain the amount and terms before you pay anything.
  4. Pull in, hook up and get to work.

    RV sites can be booked from a few days up to one year. Long-term stays get priority.

    Every RV site has full water, sewer and electric hookups. We'll go over exactly what's in your rate on the call.

  • Do I need to sign a lease?

    No long-term lease is required.
